White Poblets del Montsant
The harvest is manual using boxes of 20kg. Once in the winery, a second selection of the grapes is made, it is stored 24 hours in the cold without fermentation and then pressed. Fermentation in steel tanks and 15% of the Garnacha fermented in 500 liter French oak barrels with controlled temperature. The wine is stored in stainless steel. for 4 months to age and batonage is practiced. Light filtering before bottling.
Pretty pale yellow color, clean, with bright greenish reflections. Its intense floral aromas, white fruits and citrus initials give way to more creamy and subtle notes and toasted that gives the wood, on a mineral background. Fresh entry, agile and tasty pace, with very present and balanced acidity. Long and persistent finish.
